YIELD: 1 quart
2 1/3 cups water
1 1/3 cups pure almond butter
1 lime, juiced
1/4 cup coconut aminos
2 T pure maple syrup
1 T + 1 t raw apple cider vinegar
1/2 t red chili flake (more or less to taste)
1/2 t sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
-Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and thoroughly combine. If you don’t have a blender, the ingredients can be hand mixed.
*Use as a summer roll dipping sauce, toss with soba, or drizzle on your favorite roasted vegetables. This is a very versatile dressing!
