YIELD: 1 dozen 2T pieces
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup almond butter
3 T raw honey
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1/2 cup unsweetened, shredded coconut
2 T milk thistle powder
1/4 tsp ground turmeric
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
black pepper, pinch
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp melted coconut oil
COATING
1 T hemp seeds
4 T unsweetened, shredded coconut, lightly toasted
1/8 tsp sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
-Place ingredients (minus the “coating”) in a food processor and pulse until chunky yet well combined.
-Measure 2 T portions, and roll into approximately 12 balls.
-Mix coating ingredients in a small bowl.
-Place balls into the coating mixture and toss to cover.
*Balls can be refrigerated or frozen
